Huge picture windows from the sunroom and the romantic little Juliet balcony show the gardens off and present the perfect place to curl up with a book and a glass of wine.

Seating and dining spaces are plentiful for the number of guests staying at Winter Rose and the wood fireplace is a wonderful focal point for the colder evenings when you want to watch a movie.

A fully functional kitchen features integrated dishwasher, cooktop and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and french press coffee.

The king bed master suite with ensuite and a single bed plus the separate Waratah room queen bed also with its own ensuite (accessed from outside the main house) means there's room for 5 guests included in the tariff. There's also a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub

Winter Rose is conveniently located between the village of Olinda and the township of Monbulk.

Wood Fire Policy: From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
