Take in the views of the trees from the deck, relax in the front court yard soaking up some sun, down by the spa (or in the spa!), or perhaps playing a game of pool in the games room, which also includes air conditioning, a fridge and a portable table tennis table.  
This 4 bedroom plus study home will have you wanting for nothing!  Upstairs Master with ensuite, along with two further bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and downstairs there is another Master bedroom with king bed, wood burner fire, air conditioning views to the garden, a little kitchenette, and ensuite.   Well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge seating area, wood burner in the lounge area.  For those balmy Summer evenings, there is a gas mains connected BBQ, with tools supplied. Deck area is secured, so your pet is welcome to stay too (additional charge applicable). There is a futon bed available for extra guests (fee applies). Please contact our friendly team for further information. Please ensure you clean the BBQ if used, fee applies for not doing so. 

To use Elliott Lodge as The Venue for your photographs and bridal party preparation, there is a fee of $400 and this includes:

• Up to 2 inspections of the property. Further inspections can
   be arranged, but a fee of $80 will be charged each time.
• Existing internal and external lighting
• Existing outdoor furniture and chairs
• Barbeque

• Check in from 3pm & Check out 12 Noon
• There is space for 6 cars to park on the property.

Please advise caterers that no food waste is
to be left on the property, any food items are to be removed from the fridge.

We do not allow fireworks, confetti,

or flower petals, and for obvious reasons no wood/bead
fired bbqs – far too risky in our treed environment!

Elliott Lodge is a smoke free property.
Guests are responsible for the safety of children, in
particular, around the outdoor spa area.

A Bond of $1000 will be processed as a pre -authorisation 
on a supplied credit card, for your booking. 
This bond is fully refundable once your booking is over
and the property inspected – so long as it is left in the
condition in which it was found, fair wear excepted.
By making a booking, you are giving us permission to debit
your credit card to cover the reasonable costs incurred by
us, over and above those covered by the bond. You will be
asked to sign a contract on making your booking.

THE STEP TOO FAR CLAUSE:

One of the things you will understand when you come
and stay with us is that we have provided you with a
beautiful space to enjoy your function with friends and
family. So if the property is not left how you found it,
apart from the reasonable and expected use, we are
going to charge you for the extra cleaning costs and any
repairs from damage or loss. Please have fun but make
sure everyone keeps Elliott Lodge  looking beautiful.

Pet Policy: This property is pet friendly for well behaved and controlled pets by prior arrangement by calling 1300 48 84 48. A pet fee of $60 is applicable. You will be asked to bring your own pet bedding and to clean up after your pet.

Wood Fire Policy: From the beginning of the declared fire danger season (generally December to as late as May, subject to change) we will not be providing firewood or setting fireplaces/fire pits. Please enquire for more details. It is also prohibited on windy and Total Fire Ban days at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home The collection and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your accommodation is strictly forbidden at anytime.
